If you require a taxi please contact our reception team with the name, time and destination you require. Alternatively, the local taxi company in Mount Isa is United Cab Company and can be contacted on 131 008.

ATM facilities are available on the ground floor of both hotels. For directions to the bank branches or external ATMs please contact our reception team.

Available between 6am and 9pm daily, our reception team will be happy to assist with all of your business requirements. Charges apply for outgoing faxes or printing. Reception can also assist with all outgoing mail. Please take mail to the reception desk with all appropriate postage costs.

LINEN/PILLOWS
Spare pillows and blankets can be located in the wardrobe of your room. For any additional requirements such as towels, please contact our reception team.

For local and international phone calls, dial ‘0’ then the desired number. The total for the call will be automatically changed to your room account. For fees please contact our reception team. To call another room, simply dial the room number.
MAINTENANCE
If you should find anything in your room that is not in full working order, please contact our reception team.
DRY CLEANING/LAUNDRY
Laundry bags and a list of charges are located in your room. Alternatively, a guest laundry and dryer is available on the ground floor at the rear of the Redearth Boutique Hotel. Detergent can be purchased at reception for a small fee.
PRIVACY
It is our policy not to give out room numbers of our guest. If you are expecting guests, please advise our reception team. Should you wish not to be disturbed, please display the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your door.
